- You have the opportunity to connect with the locals and experience the real cultural aspects of your host destiny, such as people, customs, as well as the authentic kitchen.
- In most cases, the host is less restrictive on how many guests can share accommodation that could be translated into more savings for you.
- And, of course, it is less restrictive than the invited parts and the tasty factor.
However, to guarantee durable memories, you may want to consider some questions before booking your next vacation rental reservation:
- Who will your neighbours be? Is anyone in the immediate district registered as a son or an annoying rapist?
- Has the house been cleaned carefully? Are bugs a problem? The bathtub, the bathroom, the kitchen, the carpet and every surface at home, are they clean every day? And who is responsible for cleaning them? Will the owner, the waitress or a cleaning company?
- When staying in a hotel, you have the option to transfer to another room when the circumstances dictate; there are similar options available from the holiday rental of your choice?
- It is a privacy problem. Are there surveillance cameras in facilities? In this case, are surveillance cameras used for security measures, or are they simply an invasion of your privacy?
- Is your security a problem? Will a fixed-line be included in the accommodation? Are guests reliable?
- The Tourist Office, the Department of Health Agencies and Government Agencies provides the supervision of vacation rentals for rent?
